Since my last blog post eleven days ago, I've completed my migration back to DSLRs and EF lenses. A second 6D Mark II body, an EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6L lens and an EF 85mm f/1.8 lens filled up the bag nicely and I've sold all the R series bodies and RF lenses I had. It wasn't an even swap money wise, but not that far off, and the lenses I have now are higher quality than before.
I walked around Peebles Island this morning with the 70-300mm lens. The vernal pools are filled up with rain water and there are mushrooms all over the place.
