I started a concentration for the coming twelve months with a trip to Saratoga Spa State Park which I documented in a blog entry here. Images from the project will be posted in monthly galleries at https://trulandphotography.com/pdmproject.

I describe the project on that page as follows:

"My project for the just completed 12 months, documenting Saratoga National Historical Park, ended in October, 2022. I've decided that a project for the next 12 months will be to make images that stand on their own, completely independent of the location.

When people see a landscape, a street scene or a building the want to know where it is. I'm looking for images that don't prompt people to ask that question. In other words, Place Don't Matter [PDM]."
